Administrative Law

Administrative law is a core branch of public law. It governs how public authorities make and implement decisions, including the issuance of laws and regulations, the resolution of disputes, and the enforcement of decisions by competent administrative bodies.

In Lebanon, disputes frequently arise between private-sector entities and governmental authorities—particularly in relation to administrative decisions, public contracts, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Such disputes often require legal intervention to ensure fairness, transparency, and proper accountability in governmental decision-making.

At Azzi Law Firm (ALF), we have extensive experience handling a wide range of administrative law matters. Our legal team represents clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings, including administrative appeals and litigation challenging government decisions. We advise and act in matters such as the annulment of administrative decisions, disputes relating to public procurement and public contracts, and conflicts between private parties and public authorities, among other administrative legal issues.

We are committed to protecting the rights of individuals and businesses in their dealings with public institutions, ensuring that correct legal procedures are followed, and working to achieve just outcomes in administrative matters
