Administrative law or regulatory law

Administrative law is considered a branch of public law. It deals with the decision- making of administrative units of government as rule making, adjudication and enforcement. Many conflicts may arise between members of the private sector and governmental institutions. Family laws:

Family law: As Lebanese society is constituted of various religions and sects, and each of those has it own legislation and courts concerning family matters, at ALF we deal with this variety of family- related issues and cases with a high degree of professionalism. In order to provide services regarding family issues, ALF has specialized lawyers who have extensive knowledge in matters that might occur, such as marriage, divorce, civil union, spousal abuse, usage, and adoption. Nationality: Is a relationship between a person and their state of origin, culture, association and loyalty. Civil marriage: A civil marriage is one where the marriage ceremony has a government or civil official performing the ceremony. The Lebanese society is formed of various religious groups and sects, and each has its own legislation and courts concerning marriage matters. Civil marriage is a form of marriage that cannot be concluded in Lebanon, however, it is recognized when marriages occur abroad. At ALF we handle the most sensitive civil marriage conflicts between couples. Wills and succession (Heritage law) : It differs due to the difference of religions and sects. In Lebanon, not all religions and sects allow wills and succession and amongst those who allow it, a difference appears in the portion of the asses that a person is allowed to transfer to his successors. It’s a part of family laws, and thus they vary according to the differences between religious and sects. Immigration law: Lebanese law determines wet here a person is an alien and associated legal rights, duties, and obligations of alien inside Lebanon. Civil Laws:

Civil law: Or common law it refers to that branch of law dealing with disputes between individuals as which compensation may be awarded to the victim Due to its importance ALF members are interested to realize the power of common law and consider the settlement of dispute in court of court. Contracts: Based on the Latin phrase pacta sunt servanda. Contract can be simple everyday buying and selling or complex multi- party agreements, sometimes formalities such as writing the contract down or having it witnessed are required for the to take effect. In Lebanon according to the article 166 of the Lebanese law of obligations and contracts, parties are free to organize their legal relations as they choose. ALF Has a very well team experienced in creating and negotiating all types of contracts, fulfilling, as a result, the best interest of our clients. Leasing property law: A lease is a contact between an owner and a user of property in business lease agreement, the owner (lessor) receives financial compensation and in exchange the tenant (lessee) is given the right to operate his or her business on the property. There are many different types of property lease agreements and many different considerations that business owners should weigh before entering into such a contract. At ALF, we deal with all types of property leases as full service lease, gross lease, net lease, percentage lease and deal as well with a numerous number of leasing files, and the experience we gained is incomparable. The philosophy behind the law is to allow the debtor to make a fresh start, not to be punished for inability to pay debits. Insolvency is the condition of having more debits than available assets which might be used to pay them, even if the assets were mortgaged or sold. It is the inability of an individual or entity to pay its debts.
