Mr.Ramzi Azzi:

Mr.Azzi holds a high diploma (DEA) in private law, and is an experienced specialist in the criminal and civil litigation fields which has characterized his work in the legal profession. This is in addition to his experience in the commercial and banking law sectors. He also has a wide experience in the Media and Entertainment Law field and his practice includes a broad range of complex intellectual property issues, with the focus on licensing of trademarks and various copyrights . Mr.Azzi takes a problem-solving approach to the legal matters and provides honest, straightforward advice and counsel to clients.

Mrs.Violette Haddad Azzi:

Attorney at law specialized in civil law in all its subcategories and also in the Media and Entertainment Law field, particularly given its increasing importance. Mrs. Azzi Has expanded her expertise in the field of media, entertainment and telecommunication laws through her tenure as Legal Adviser at one of the leading Middle Eastern media corporations :LBCI.

Ms.Liliane Azzi:

Ms.Azzi Is A holder of a P.H.D. in international law . She has worked in the diplomatic and foreign relations field and has three years experience in diplomatic work as the legal adviser to the Argentinian embassy in Lebanon and to other embassies also. Ms Azzi speaks fluent Spanish and English in addition to Arabic and French.

Mr. Antoine Bou Abboud:

Mr.Bou Abboud holds a high diploma (DEA) in private law from La Sagesse University. He’s a legal adviser specialized in negotiating and drafting contracts in addition to his deep knowledge of intellectual property and internet and e-commerce laws. He also counsels clients on legal issues associated with electronic commerce, the protection of intellectual property and various internet laws.

Ms. Janet Haddad:

Holder of a high diploma in international business law, Ms.Haddad concentrates her practice in the corporate, finance, and securities areas . She also has a vast experience in the banking sector having previously worked at the Central Bank which provided her with a vast knowledge of this field.

Mr. Charbel Chbeir:

Attorney at Law specializing in the insurance law sector which is one of the most vital sectors of our time. His practice also focuses on criminal laws, internal investigations and related civil and regulatory matters as well as complex litigation. Ms.Mirna Farah:
